Ordering & Collection
To place a cake order online please click on the shop menu and follow the steps to submit your order.
If you would like a custom cake order please use our contact form on the contact page ,include as much information as possible and someone will get in contact to help with your order.
Custom orders will require a 50% deposit. All cakes ordered less than 4 weeks of your collection date will require full payment.
All of our cakes are baked fresh to order, so we ask for at least 5 days notice to prepare your cake.
As our order books gets filled up quickly we advise to give as much notice as possible.

All cakes can be collected from our store 7 Market Square, Waltham Abbey, Essex, EN9 1DP between 11am and 5pm. (Please confirm specific time prior collection date)
If you are running late or cannot collect your cake order within these hours then please call us as soon as possible and we will try and accommodate where possible.
Once your cake has left our shop we cannot accept any responsibility for your cake.
Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We also accept bank transfer payment if requested an invoice or in store payments including card payments or cash.
Shipping & Delivery
At the moment we are only offering in shop collection.
We are looking to provide delivery service in the future so please keep a look out for updates.
Please note that all of our products are baked and produced in a kitchen that handlesGluten (Wheat), Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts, Peanuts, Sulphites. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from the above.

We have a selected range of Vegan and Gluten Free Cakes that will be available to order on our website.
Please note, all of our cakes are made in a kitchen where gluten, dairy, eggs and milk is used. For this reason, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.

Returns & Refunds
All of our cakes are baked to order we are unable to accept returns.
However, if upon collection or delivery of the Products you find that the condition of the product is damaged or the wrong order, please notify us immediately by telephone and email us with photographic proof and we will let you know the following steps that we require.
If the order is damaged on collection in store or delivery by our team we will try our hardest to rectify the order or honour you a refund.
If the product has left our store after collection or accepted by our delivery team and then becomes damaged in your care we will not be responsible for any damages incurred.
If you would like to change your order date or specific changes to your order then we require more than 4 weeks notice prior to your collection date. If this date passes we may be able to offer a store credit note for the same value depending if no cost have been incurred for your order.
In some circumstances we may only be able to offer a 50% credit note, as some custom orders requires us to order special elements or ingredients weeks/months in advance.
If you are unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your cakes upon receiving please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt.
Deposits are non-refundable due to any loss of business arising from turning away other bookings on that date.
Full payments for custom orders that are made less than 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date are non-refundable.
If Order is cancelled with more than 4 weeks notice, then we may refund 50% of the total amount paid.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your order for any reason, we will give you as much notice as possible and refund the full price to you.
